MINISTRY URGES ALL UNVERIFIED PENSIONERS TO COMPLETE VERIFICATION
1st September, 2026
The Ministry of Public Service, Administrative Reforms, Policy Coordination and Delivery wishes to inform and urge all unverified pensioners to complete the ongoing pensioner verification exercise as soon as possible.
The Ministry wishes to emphasise that failure to complete the verification process may result in pension payments being stopped from October 2026. All pensioners who have not yet been verified are therefore strongly encouraged to visit the Personnel Management Office (PMO) in Banjul and complete the verification process to avoid any disruption to their pension payments.
The verification exercise is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to maintain accurate, up to date and reliable records and to ensure that pension payments are made to eligible beneficiaries.
The Ministry appeals to all unverified pensioners to treat this matter with urgency and take the necessary steps to complete their verification. Members of the public are also encouraged to share this information with pensioners who may not have received the notice.
